A minor update is available for all owners of the Geneva Sub DLC

- Updated ATLS systems from MAP mode to 'normal' mode (this should resolve issues to the ATLS systems introduced in TRs22 SP2)
- TRS22 SP1 and newer exclusive update - the update will use the new compression format

Model Trainz: Geneva Sub Division changes
- Fixed a junction that didn't have a junction motor
- General service maintenance
